This 12-week coaching program is for men and women aged 21+ who feel stuck, overweight, or low on confidence — and want a proven system to get leaner, stronger, and consistent.
You’ll follow #TheCore5 daily:
Nutrition (calories + protein tailored to you), Fasting window, Water, Workouts (home or gym), and IWT (Interval Walking Training) / Steps.
Training ideally is a minimum 3 sessions per week.
You’ll be supported with live coaching calls every Sunday and Wednesday at 19:30, accountability check-ins, and access to our private community. Every Sunday you’ll complete your check-in by uploading your weight and progress photos, and submitting your weekly check-in form in the app so we can track progress properly and adjust when needed.
You commit to the full 12 weeks:
✅ attend coaching calls
✅ Sunday weigh-in + photo check-in every week
✅ complete #TheCore5 daily
✅ train 3x/week minimum
Pricing: £25 per week for the first 12 weeks. After the 12-week reset, coaching continues week-to-week. If you want to cancel after the initial 12 weeks, we require one week’s notice.
